If you’re applying for positions online there’s a good chance that your resume will be received, scanned and scored by an ATS (applicant tracking system), which is software that helps hiring managers or recruiters track applications and select which candidates to interview.

Applicant tracking systems, and the integration of technology into the application process, underscore the importance of tailoring your résumé and cover letter for the role you’re seeking. If there are specific words and phrases used in the job announcement, make sure those are included in your résumé. You can’t simply create a résumé and use it to apply to 100 different jobs. Not only is that inefficient, but it’s ineffective. We’ll optimise your resume for ATS, ensuring it contains the correct formatting and industry-specific keywords to increase its chances of passing through and being picked up by any resume scanning software.

NOTE: You will need an ATS-optimised resume as a minimum, however, most clients invest in a full-colour and ATS-optimised combo to maximise their success. ATS-optimised documents are for ALL online applications and our design resumes are used for email applications, networking and taking to interviews.
